The Vizsla is a lean, intensely affectionate sporting breed with a real velcro-dog streak, happiest glued to its person's side rather than off exploring alone, while the Samoyed's Northern working heritage gives it a friendly but slightly more independent, crowd-oriented sociability rather than single-person devotion. Both breeds need a genuinely demanding daily workout, though the Vizsla's comes with an expectation of close partnership in that activity, while the Samoyed is happy running and playing more broadly.
