What we're genuinely useful for

Factual corrections are the single most valuable message you can send us — if any weight range, lifespan figure, health predisposition, or cost estimate on a breed page looks wrong, tell us which page and what the issue is, and we'll look into it against our sourcing methodology. Breed requests are also welcome: if you're looking for a breed we haven't profiled yet, let us know and we'll factor it into the roadmap.

What we can't help with

We can't diagnose a specific animal's health issue or give individualized veterinary, behavioral, or medical advice — breed pages describe population-level predispositions for education, not a diagnosis for your pet. Please direct any health concern about a specific animal to a licensed veterinarian instead.

Response time

We aim to respond to most messages within a few business days. Breed Match Report orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase regardless of any separate contact message; if you have a question about an order, mention your order details so we can look it up quickly.
